Dehydration is so common. My aging friends often skip drinking because they don't want to get up to use the restroom so often. As a result, they suffer UTI's and are frequently dizzy. And then falling becomes the next issue!

This is a great reminder to everyone, young and old, to stay hydrated!!!!! The body, the brain...all need water.
